These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at www.dadofcad.com (together or individually “Service”) operated by DAD of CAD.
2. Terms
a) Subscription amount is non-refundable
b) Delivery of CAD is subject to our availability. Our usual delivery time is 72 hours. But this year we have more travel plans, just like ISRO 🙂 If your purpose is e-commerce, We highly recommend to take the CAD (3D Models) along with rendering.
c) 3DM files are available for all collections except for Batch-7.
d) Premium render videos for Indian collection are on make-to-order basis. For the Export collection, Premium render videos are readily available with package benefits.
e) For all the latest (Batch-16, 17, 19,, 20, 21) and upcoming Export batches, Premium render videos are available only with your Custom Branding at no extra charge. for a limited time
g) We upgrade our rendering quality as the software updates. So you may notice a little difference in metal tone. We also upgrade the views/angles of the images and motion of the video to suit the design and current trend.❤️
f) You will always find some upgrades as we progress. For e.g., all the new and upcoming collections in earrings from B2B Subscription will have post position. This doesn’t mean we will modify the older collections.
g) We will have back up of your delivered files for 60 days only.

4. Refunds
The Subscription fees is non-refundable
All our products are digital products. We have a free trial option to evaluate the quality of 3D models & Render images. You can check/test the designs from our Free trial before purchasing our products.
You also get to view the glimpse of all the designs via Whatsapp Catalog link before opting for Subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DAD of CAD and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of DAD of CAD.
6. Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your claim via email to gaurav@dadofcad.com, with the subject line: “Copyright Infringement” and include in your claim a detailed description of the alleged Infringement as detailed below, under “DMCA Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims”
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims on the infringement of any Content found on and/or through Service on your copyright
